This product boasts ultra-low saturation voltage drop, extremely low switching loss, and an integrated full current positive temperature coefficient continuous current diode to enable multi-parallel use. It is primarily utilized in photovoltaic, energy storage, motor controller and other related fields.
芯能半导体新推出一款1200V800A C2模块，该模块采用自主研发的基于MPT工艺平台的IGBT和发射极控制技术的FRD，封装兼容62mm。
此产品具有超低的饱和压降、超低开关损耗的特点，内置全电流正温度系数续流二极管，利于多并联使用，主要应用在光伏、储能、电机控制器等领域。
